The Ridgegear RGH2 harness is the 'workhorse' of the industry. This harness is fitted with a rear and a chest mounted front dee rings. This harness can be used for a wide variety of applications in conjunction with a fall arrest lanyard (i.e. RGL1) and with the front dee ring, the Ridgegear RGH2 harness can be fitted with a rope and grab system (RGA12) for vertical fall protection when an operative is making repeated ascents, when restraint/work-positioning is needed in either the vertical or horizontal plane. The harness is fully adjustable and is fitted with rip stitch indicators. The ring connection between the chest & the shoulder straps, ensure no stress loading when force is applied the front dee ring. Rip Stitch This simple but effective indicator, showing if the harness has been used within a fall. If an operative uses this harness at height, and unfortunately falls, the force can affect the mechanics of the harness. The rip stitch indicator detaches and shows if the harness has been damaged.
