Job Description:
The role involves dealing with and processing customer telephone orders and queries whilst supporting the office, workshop and field sales staff. You will also be required to visit building sites to meet with customers and deliver equipment during busy periods.
Duties:
- Invoicing.
- Processing orders - Hires / Sales / Repairs.
- Filing.
- Stock Control.
- Answering Telephone.
- Customer Queries.
- Delivery Driving.
Experience within the Plant & Tool hire industry would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
